The episode begins with Angad assuring Sahiba of his belief in her innocence. He promises to clear her name from the false allegations.
Meanwhile, Harneet is distressed, fearing Sahiba saw her at the location. Armindergill, in a rage, slaps Harneet and confronts her, questioning if she is crying over Daljeet. Harneet denies it, but Armindergill reveals he knows Daljeet is her illegitimate son. He warns that if the Brar family discovers this and her conspiracy against them, they will never approve of the wedding. Harneet insists she acted only for her son and claims she had no idea Sahiba would kill Daljeet. Their conversation halts when they notice Amu approaching.
Akir misses his mother, Sahiba, and wonders where she is. Simran, showing Akir a locket with their parents’ photo, shares that she lost both her parents and spent time in an orphanage.
Angad approaches Akir, asking if he can feed him, but Akir angrily refuses. He lashes out, rejecting Angad as his father and insisting Daljeet is his only father. Akir demands to know Sahiba’s whereabouts. Angad vows to bring her back soon, but Akir remains unconvinced and storms off.
Harneet expresses her concern to Armindergill that Sahiba might know she is Daljeet’s mother.
At the police station, Angad talks to Sahiba about Akir. Angad then receives a call from the police, informing him of a strange discovery at the crime scene. Sahiba recalls hearing Daljeet call someone “mother” at the scene but couldn’t see her face. She tells Angad, who speculates this might explain Daljeet’s sudden wealth.
Angad and Garry visit the crime scene, where the police show them another bullet shell casing. Angad deduces that another gun was fired simultaneously with Sahiba’s, masking the sound. He wonders who could have fired the second shot.
It is revealed that Armindergill had swapped Sahiba’s gun with the one that killed Daljeet. Attempting to remove the incriminating gun, he encounters the police. He later returns to retrieve Sahiba’s gun and successfully leaves with it.
Armindergill makes a call, ordering someone to kill Sahiba in lockup. Angad, determined to protect her, ponders how to secure her bail and resolves to stay with her in solidarity.
