We are excited to announce that Jim O’Connell has joined Zeus as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). 

In this newly created role, Jim will report to CEO Paddy O’Brien and take the lead in shaping and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy designed to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. His leadership will be instrumental in aligning our commercial efforts with the company’s vision for success and innovation. 

As Chief Commercial Officer, Jim will oversee our Americas, APAC, and EMEA Sales teams and the Marketing function. He will spearhead initiatives to capture new market opportunities, craft innovative go-to-market strategies, and improve customer engagement. With a clear focus on delivering results, Jim will drive aligned strategies across our global commercial teams to strengthen our market presence and provide outstanding value to our customers and stakeholders. 

Jim has over 20 years of experience in commercial leadership across diverse industries. Most recently, he served as President of Front Line Care at Baxter Healthcare, leading a $1.3 billion global business with 2,000 employees. 

Throughout his career, Jim has developed deep expertise in sales, marketing, customer success, and operational excellence. Known for his growth mindset and customer-first approach, he has consistently driven top-line growth, successfully led high-performing commercial teams, and fostered a culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.
