Machine Operation
Machine operation requires precision and focus. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential as an extruder or melt operator. Key skills include problem-solving, multitasking, and communication.
Operators set up tooling, load and run machines, and monitor performance. They troubleshoot issues, ensuring safety and upholding high-quality standards throughout the process.
Quality Inspection
Zeus products are recognized worldwide for their superior performance and quality. As a quality inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding these high standards by performing detailed inspections throughout production and conducting final checks before shipping.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to varying situations, guaranteeing that every product meets our stringent quality standards.
Shipping
Shipping operations at Zeus ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities include managing order preparation, packaging, and dispatch while coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to meet customer and production needs.
Strong skills in order processing, packaging, and logistics are essential. Success also requires attention to detail, organizational abilities, clear communication, and physical stamina.
Machine Fabrication
Machine fabricators at Zeus play a vital role in ensuring optimal production by machining components, making precise part modifications, assembling machinery, and more.
Zeus machine fabricators are skilled in operating manual lathes, mills, drill presses, saws, bench and surface grinders, and proficiently using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other essential machine shop measuring tools.
Maintenance Tech
At Zeus, maintenance technicians troubleshoot machine controls using PLCs, PCs, HMIs, motor drives, and other interfaces to ensure both new and existing equipment operate at peak performance.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, versatility to handle diverse tasks, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Materials Management
Material handlers at Zeus ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials to meet production goals. They are responsible for distributing materials and finished goods to designated locations within the facility or onto delivery trucks, either manually or using hand trucks.
