Gorka’s New Online Coaching Venture
Gorka shared on his social media, “Hey team, how are you? I’m recovering from this madness and will be starting online coaching earlier than expected. On Monday, I’ll share the link to my website where you can find all the details about my coaching services. The link will be in my Instagram profile.” This new venture marks a significant change in his life after years of various jobs, the most recent being in a paper factory.
Post-Reality Show Recovery
Reflecting on his experience in ‘Supervivientes 2024’, Gorka described it as intense. “It was crazy, and I’m recovering. I’m eating, resting, doing cardio, and some sports. I’m starting to feel strong again.” He shared that his transition back to everyday life has been challenging, with many tasks waiting for him upon his return, including car and bike maintenance and catching up with friends and family.
Comparing ‘El Conquistador’ and ‘Supervivientes’
Gorka also compared his experiences in ‘El Conquistador’ and ‘Supervivientes’. He noted that ‘El Conquistador’ is more extreme but shorter, whereas ‘Supervivientes’ is psychologically draining due to its length and constant new arrivals, which extend the competition and intensify the mental strain.
Gorka’s Future Plans
Gorka expressed his gratitude for the support he received during ‘Supervivientes’ and mentioned his top picks for ‘All Stars’: Jorge, Logan, and Lola. Although he didn’t win, he values the public’s affection and is open to future opportunities in television. He emphasized his humility and readiness to take on any work, viewing the fifth place as a victory.
Health and Well-being
Gorka revealed that his hernia, which stopped hurting during ‘Supervivientes’, has flared up again since returning to Spain. He has started swimming to manage the pain and is considering sleeping on the floor to alleviate discomfort.
